Sara Baynard Cooke, Principal Attorney
Sara Baynard Cooke has over twenty years of experience, including as a judicial law clerk, an attorney in a private law firm, and as in-house advisor to a large municipality. Sara has represented clients in civil litigation, handling cases involving personal injury, breach of contract, property disputes, civil rights, and complex employment litigation. Sara also served as a municipal legal advisor, working with the City’s departments on a variety of legal issues, including challenging personnel, labor and employment matters. This experience has resulted in a unique law practice that includes civil litigation, workplace investigations and employment support for municipalities, individuals and small business.
Sara is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon and is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Western District of Washington. She has professional memberships in the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and the Clark County Bar Association.
